Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that keep Utrip Inc platforms safe, lawful, and trusted — especially for messaging and voice.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Utrip Inc services, including Ventruo, Lienra, Zening AI, and Wingcode. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect our platforms, our customers, and the public.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platforms to engage in, enable, or facilitate any of the following:
- Spam — sending unsolicited bulk messages, calls, or other communications.
- Fraud — deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent activity of any kind, including phishing and impersonation.
- Robocalling — unlawful automated calling or pre-recorded calls that violate applicable telemarketing or consumer-protection laws.
- Illegal marketing — marketing of unlawful products or services, or marketing that violates applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
- Unauthorized communications — contacting individuals without the consent required by law, or after they have opted out.
Messaging & Calling Requirements
If you use our platforms to send SMS or place calls, you must:
- Obtain and maintain proof of the consent required for each recipient before messaging or calling them.
- Honor opt-out requests promptly, including STOP for SMS, and provide HELP information on request.
- Clearly identify the business sending the communication.
- Comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable 10DLC and messaging registration rules.
- Avoid prohibited content categories restricted by carriers and law.
General Restrictions
- No unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or hateful content.
- No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- No use of the platform to build or distribute malware or to interfere with others’ use of the service.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action as needed to protect our platforms and comply with the law. Violations may be reported to carriers, partners, or authorities where appropriate.
