Service Availability

We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outputs generated by AI features are tools to assist you and should be reviewed before they are relied upon. Our platforms do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utrip Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or as required to protect our platforms and users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
